Our oversize and open rows take 35–45 ft diesel pushers and gas coaches with room to spare. 55 pull-through spaces are spread across the yard — pick one on the live map and you never reverse a 40-footer. A 20×60 fits a 45-ft coach plus a toad behind it in one space.
Sprinters, Transits and ProMasters fit the covered rows perfectly — cheaper than a garage, safer than the street, and clear of Bend’s winter parking ordinances. About 11 ft of clearance handles most camper vans — pop-tops closed.
The cab-over bunk takes the worst of sun and snow — covered rows keep rigs to 21 ft protected year-round and shield the cab-over seam, the #1 leak point on a Class C. Longer rigs to 33 ft take an open 12×40.
Fifth wheels need length and aisle width — open rows and wide aisles handle 25–42 ft rigs without a 10-point turn. King-pin height is no problem in the open rows, and you can store the truck in an .27 vehicle space in the same yard.
